Medical care shouldn't be complicated. Connect with a board-certified physician from wherever you are and receive thoughtful care designed around your needs.

Many everyday health concerns can be safely treated through a virtual visit. We take the time to listen, understand what's going on and create a care plan that's right for you - all from the comfort of home.

Some things need to be seen in person. If your physician believes an in-person evaluation is the safest next step, we'll tell you honestly and help guide you to the right care. Your health always comes first. If a virtual visit isn't the right fit, you won't be charged for a visit if we couldn't help.
Not for emergencies. If you're experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, signs of a stroke, thoughts of self-harm, or any other life-threatening symptom, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Telemedicine is not a substitute for emergency care.

Important information. Telemedicine visits are not a substitute for emergency care; if you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Care is provided through a licensed physician–patient relationship and is available only where our physicians are licensed. A physician will determine whether your issue can be appropriately evaluated and treated by telemedicine; some conditions require an in-person examination. Care is available only to patients physically located in Texas at the time of their visit. Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate, and certain medications, including controlled substances, may not be prescribed by telemedicine or may require additional steps. Results and outcomes vary.
