Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

Under the federal No Surprises Act

Last updated: 09/01/2026

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including items and services that are reasonably expected to be provided together.

Because Billie Jean Health provides care on a self-pay basis, this applies to you.

What you can expect

How Billie Jean Health provides your estimate

Our pricing is designed to be clear and up front. Expected costs for our services — physician consultation and, where prescribed, medications — are shown on our Pricing page, and you will receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges in connection with your care as required by law. This estimate will be provided following your consultation via a superbill.

You may also request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before scheduling by contacting us at info@billiejeanhealth.com.
